Tip for Metzil at Wine Festival

I just spent like an hour trying to figure it out so I thought I might aswell share the solution.

Spoiler: Murder quest > getting into the temple for sarevok So at the wine festival in the lower city there's an encounter next to one of the targets on the list (Cora Highberry). If you talk to her it automatically triggers it spawning 4 doppelgangers all named Dolor. The quest says to kill Dolor and that's misleading. What I never noticed was that Metzil is the guy to kill and he disappears right away by having extreme high initiative and dimension door. If you just proceed wirh the fight you'll only fight the 4 doppelgangers and then won't get the loot with the password for the door. The next step would be Figaro where you encounter him again.

I tried around for a bit and this was my solution for a 1 round kill (on tactician): At the wine festival position your group near Metzil. Have one character wirh super high AC and someone with Silence. Don't talk to them go straight into combat: cast Silence on metzil, then attack. Try to do as much damage as possible in that round and kill him. That will save you a lot of pain.

I tried other spells such as hold person but it never worked and he just has crazy high AC and will fuck off immediately. Silence will 100% stop him from using his damn dimension door (and also invisibility!)

Hope this clarified the situation to those who are as lost as I was. I thought its a bug (looted the dolor corpses and no password) but it just happens really fast :D
