N-Desethyl Isotonitazene Report

Just a background, while opioids is one of my main drugs of choice I don’t do them often nor do I have a large tolerance. My go to dose of oxy is 30-35mg to get a nice nod. I only decided to try this substance because I saw a sample of n-d isotonitazene gel tabs ‘500ug’ on the onion, and while I was aware of the dangerous of benzimidazole drugs, I decided to try it and proceed with caution. (Mind you I had no way of verifying whether this substance was n-d iso, wouldnt be surprised if it was some other zene.)

Upon arrival I received two red gel tabs. Popped one, didnt feel too much and around minute 35 I decided to take the other tab (not smart, I know). About an hour after consumption I started to feel the effects, mainly mentally moreso than physically. It was feeling slightly similar to oxy but also different feelings than the traditional opioids. After smoking some weed I start to just barely nod. Two and a half hours in, I drank about two shots of vodka (really dumb, I know), and was really feeling good. After taking a nap however things got messy.

I woke up disoriented as shit (as i usually do with naps but this was a whole nother level), and nauseous as well. The effects of the alcohol had worn off but I still felt like complete shit. Eventually I decided to narcan myself. This didnt do much except made me vomit a lot. However, after the narcan, it felt like I had gone into a mild withdrawal; was having hot flashes and just general feelings of illness. This didn’t last too long however feelings of muscle weakness continued into the late hours of the night.

All in all I won’t be trying this drug or any other zene again.
