CAN WE STOP RELEASING EVENT-ONLY OUTFITS

Just came back to the game (finally made myself download all that shii) only to realize I missed out on being double cheeked up on a Thursday afternoon (seabreeze whispers event). Has any event outfit ever been re-released in this game, and what chance do I have of getting it again?? I feel like we're just gonna get a different, third bikini next summer and I just permanently played myself. I would really like for outfits to be accessible somehow beyond the events they show up in, cause seeing all the greyed-out "haha you can't get me" outfits in the backpack menu is really annoying. It's like 80% of them.
