[M4F] - Goth/Alt streamer enslaves her landlord when he tries to evict her

I am 18+ and all characters and participants must be 18+

I’m Alex Price. I’m a 46 year old landlord and property developer. Standing at 6’2”, my frame supported mt broad shoulders. I was still fit for a man my age thanks to my daily laps in the building’s pool. My curly, salt and pepper hair framed my pale, freckled face. I owned a slew of properties all over the city but I personally managed the downtown apartment building I lived in. As the boss, I tried to maintain my reputation as a fair and exemplary landlord. I was accommodating, responsive and helpful.

That’s why I was agonizing over the tip I got from a tenant on the eighth floor. They’d emailed me screenshots of your twitch and OnlyFans accounts along with highlighted portions of the lease prohibiting the use of the apartment as a studio and as a “bordello.” The language was antiquated but they were correct that your actions were probably grounds for eviction.

Most landlords would probably have just posted it on your door, but I always delivered evictions in person so the tenant could as questions or at least talk about it. So, yellow eviction notice in hand, I rode the elevator down to your floor. I knocked on your door and traightened up my clothes, khakis and a green polo. “Building management! Miss?” I called out.

So that’s the set up! I can see this starting and ending a couple of ways. Regardless I think the landlord is a sexually frustrated sub with a very buttoned up demeanor. For your character I see a variety of ideas. She could be more of an e-girl gamer type, more of a goth TikTok witch or anything in between. Also happy to entertain other ideas.

Perhaps our fuddy duddy landlord character is already a dedicated subscriber who tips and messages on the regular. Or maybe he’s never heard of “streaming.” Either works for me but I do see her incorporating him into her content in some way. I’d love to discuss that as well.
