Workplace accommodations for an ED?

Without adding too much detail, I work in a school setting and my job has become very difficult to manage with an ED along with other mental health concerns. I am looking for a way to make the job easier with my ED since quitting and going to full time treatment isn’t an option right now. What kind ls of accommodations could ADA apply in the workplace? What is the process like? I truly know nothing so any info is helpful!!
