Can someone clarify the "etsy house rules" for making and selling gift baskets?

Here's the etsy house rule link: https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/gift-baskets/239976666926

I'm a new seller and I don't quite understand the "handmade category" distinction. I want to create gift boxes with a mix of custom items I've personally made and a few tools that I did NOT make to go with it -- can I just put this in a non-handmade category? I don't want to break any rules.
