Questions to help my mom

My mom has currently been doing dialysis for a year and she has real bad itching she says its inside her body and not the skin. Which has resulted in her getting only a couple hours of sleep a day. Shes tired of it and doesnt know what to do is there anything or information anyone can share that could help her.
