Deciding on a case for first home lab

Hey all

Tossing up between these 2 cases and would love some input :

or

Antec VSK4000B: https://www.antec.com/product/case/vsk4000e-u3

My uses are mainly a NAS plus this is an entry into the whole home lab and I'm excited to tinker around with it. I'll be running unraid.

Is there any major reason to go with the R5? The Antec is a lot cheaper and seems like it is what I'm after,
