26f working at a law firm making 61k should i stay or find a better job?

Ive been working at this law firm for a year making 61k. I am thinking about working for another 2-3 years and then apply to law school since thats what I majored in and am interested in criminal law. Idk is that too risky to pursue a law degree what if i dont get a good job after… Or should i just stick with the job i have now.. i doubt there will be chances of me moving up or get promoted bc most of the jobs above me have been there for 10+ years so unless they retire then i wont be move up to a paralegal… I also thought about finding a diff job but given the workforce it looks like its really hard to find a good decent job w benefits that pays well and flexible hours.. my job now has very flexible hours i WFH pretty much 2-3days a week. What should i do? If i do choose law school which im really leaning towards im afraid ill be in huge debt and not be able to pass the bar exam… any advice would help
