[Landlord -US] Noisy Upstairs Neighbor Problem

Landlord

Been landlording for some years now, never had this problem before.

New tenant just moved in. Apparently the upstairs neighbor (garden style 3 level condo building) is extremely loud (stomping?) throughout the night.

The prior tenant requested to break the lease early (claiming parental health issues) but her request came 3 weeks after (per Google search) the upstairs apartment seems to have been rented to a new tenant.

Condo docs call for 80% coverage of flooring with carpets. Doubt this is the case upstairs.

Plan to engage with the management office and potentially the upstairs owner. Obviously as a human I want my tenant to be happy living there, but as a landlord I need to be able to a) collect rent and b) have an apartment that is rentable.

Any advice? TIA.
