Painful teething

My 15month old, over the last week. Tuesday morning went down for a nap no worries, woke up miserable with a fever. fever on and off for four days, no other symptoms. two doc visits and a strepthroat swab-negative, wasn't eating and resisting bottles. now, no fever for two days but waking screaming her head off. ive had to sit outside with her in the middle of the night or drive her around just to snap her out of it.

She's fighting sleep, i have to put her in backpack and vacuum to get her to sleep. it's all very unlike her. my mum suggested it could be teething?

i cant remember going through this with my oldest. I've just given her pamol again, teething tamer. she's now eating and having bottles with more eagerness. poop normal etc.
