Has anyone else noticed a severe decline in the quality of reddit since the blackout a few months back?

Even ignoring that my primary way of consuming reddit has gotten worse, but it seems like the content that is on my feed and even r/all has declined significantly. I'm genuinely curious if other people feel the same way or if I'm just misremembering how it was before.
