Jen's and friends?

If jimmy johns and other business's have to close for a new hotel downtown, what happens to Jen's and friends Martini bar? will they still exist downtown somewhere?

I hate to see another reasonably priced place downtown close up, after the soda-pop shop closed, jimmy johns became my go to, sad.
