Treating first stroke patient, need help

Hey all!

5 months into a new job. Have my first Stroke patient (prob 8 years out from injury) tomorrow. What’s a good course or video or place to start? Limitations are mostly supination/probation and ulnar/ radial deviation and finger extension. I just don’t know how to start. Stretching? Strengthening? Lmk what has helped y’all. Appreciate it xx
