Suspension questions !

Going to either get BC extreme lows or broadway static coils and have some questions

Planning on lowering 2 inches what arms will i need ? I know i need rear toe arms but what else ?

If i lower 2 inches on 19 inch wheels will i most likely have to roll the fenders ?

If anyone also has any experience with the broadway static coils please let me know can’t find much info on them.
