Real deal 🫠

I have seen couple Of posts , saying that the real deal has long vignettes and the stems are way too f long, so is that for real? And if yes, then how will we manage the time like? Will we be able to solve the question just by reading the last line? Or do we have to read the whole paragraph? I am really stressed exam soon.
