Need help reading the labs

Hello , can someone help me understand my results and if anyone has the same what meds are you taking and how much.

Do I really have hashimotos or it’s just hypothyroidism?

I went off synthroid for a month because I believe I was over medicated , so this results are after a month off any meds. Is this bad? I was on .75 before do you think it’s too much for this levels?
