M19 cant take a decision if i want to get back with my girlfriend f19

So me(M19) and my girlfriend(F19) are in a very rough patch and she's going crazy cuz she's threatening me to hurt my family just because i watched porn and jerked off to it because we were not having sex because she didn't feel like doing it. She feels cheated and I've done some mistakes too but she is not innocent too she has fucked up alot and yeah we both have made mistakes. She wants me to sign a legal contract in which all the conditions will ne written and she wants full access to my phone and she feels like I've cheated on her and she wants to fuck with someone for one time so that we are equal i mean just look at the frequency me watching porn and she wants to fuck with someone else. She wants full control over my life and i dont want to do it but we've been in a relationship for the past two years and i cant forget her and sometimes my mind says yes to this decision of hers but ik its wrong Please help me
