Need some help with visa

Hey guys. I am an Australian citizen and I recently submitted a visa application for a transit visa via the MOFA portal under services for visitors. My application is stuck on the “send to embassy” page. Any advice with what I can do? Should I ring the embassy tomorrow? Thank you
