Test Out FSRS

I have a quick question about Anki that may or may not be possible. I’m interested in switching to FSRS but have a lot of cards I’m in the middle of. I heard that initially, FSRS produces a large back log of cards to sift through before it starts working, so I’m wondering if there is a way I can just test it out on my deck without fully committing yet? Like can I implement it just to see what that back log would be and then undo it? Any help would be appreciated!
