Sound glitch?

Im having problems with surround sound, I cant hear anything to my left or right, only straight in front of me, and behind me. (I have to face a teammate to hear him reloading a gun for example)

I have changed enhanced instincts settings, as well as audio mixes. Anybody else having this problem or know a solution?
