Where to start with hiring remote help? (Social media, shopify, eBay listing, etc)
Hi all, so I'm at the point now where I feel it would be really beneficial to hire someone for Social media and possibly shopify jobs for a few hours a week, maybe even get around to listing the rest of my catalogue on eBay which I have slacked off with.
I'm looking for someone who already does this as freelance/self employed so I can just pay their invoice rather than actually become an employer.
Does anyone have any tips of where to start with this? Where to look? When I last looked into this as a "one day..." thought, all I kept finding was a lot of adverts for hiring someone overseas for cheap for it, which is not really what I'm looking for. Would be preferable to look through a pool of UK candidates first, maybe US as understanding my niches is an important factor and my customers are 70% USA, 20% UK and 10% elsewhere.
So any advice with this would be most appreciated. Any mistakes to avoid too, throw it at me. It's all new to me. All I know is that I very much do need to outsource at least some of my workload and there are certain tasks no amount of reminders gets me motivated to find the time for that would be very beneficial for my business.
Thanks!
