Birthday activities

Hey all, my birthday is coming up and I’m looking for fun activities in or around the centre of Manchester to do with a group of friends before we start drinking. I was looking at Whistle Punks axe throwing but it’s not open the day of my birthday (a Monday) so am looking for similar activities. Thanks!
