headset help

Headset help: I double check and look 10 videos but just want to make sure regarding the bottom of the head tube.

Its 44mm on diameter and I have a tapered fork (39.6mm at the bottom) The head tube its basically flushed, there is no gap to insert a bearing like the integrated systems.

Will a ec44/40 make the fork fit on the bottom? The upper part its not a problem.
