Furnished Apartment for Young Couple

My wife and I are looking for a Furnished Apartment living situation under a budget of 30-50k (can be raised if needed) but can’t figure out many options from Zameen.com - any idea where to look for alternatives? There was a furnished apartment near Wapda Town that used to cost 30k but they didn’t maintain it well enough and it’s pretty worn down now. I was hoping for a 1BHK furnished option.

Why Apartment? Because a house has to be furnished and the owners usually are a huge hassle to deal with while the owner of an apartment building has a different mindset and doesn’t bug you all the time.

Why Furnished? Because we have to live between two cities and only a Furnished Apartment makes sense in terms of security and less upfront cost.
