Advice for seeing penguins in Ushuaia?

Hi! I’m visiting Ushuaia in early November and am interested in seeing the penguins on Isla Martillo. There are multiple different tour options that I’ve found, one of which allows you to walk with the penguins while others allow you to observe the penguins from a boat, but include a Beagle Channel navigation component as well.

I’m curious if anyone has a recommendation for which one is better? Or any particular tour operators that you’d recommend? Thanks!
