Witnessed a Hit and Run on 10/08/2023

I witnessed a hit and run on a dog on KY-9. 3 miles north of the Dollar general near Kehoe.

I did call the police and give them the guy’s plates. But other than that, there’s nothing else I could think to do other than post it here and get the word out.

I know it’s a long shot, but I know if it was my dog, I’d want to know.
