How would you write an intro scene in a tv pilot (or any episode)?

Hey! So I’m working on a new tv pilot for a competition and I was wondering - how would I write a tv intro within the script? I’m writing it after the first / opening scene.

I don’t mean just a title scene or anything. I mean like, those shows that have intros with a song and pics/videos and the main cast, director, producer, writer, etc. How do I write that into the script?
