Is 3 weeks TOC reliable?

Hi guys, treated for Mgen with 2 weeks Moxifloxacin 400mg 1/ day.

Did a test of cure day 21, just come back as negative. I’m planning on doing a week 4 and 5 if docs will allow it. I have pain in my pelvic area and constant desire to urinate which I didn’t feel too much at the start of my problems a couple months ago.

I know this could be CPPS, so I’m not too worried but should I be optimistic with a 21 day negative result?
