I need advice from people with ailments.

I have a skin condition that only affects certain areas on my body, armpits and groin. It isn't contagious, but to me personally, if I had no knowledge of this and came across someone with it in an intimate moment I'd have lots of questions and it would most definitely kill the mood. I'm wondering how anyone else deals with these types of situations. This is the main reason I'm not participating in this lifestyle and I want to get over it.
