I'm done with Ireland! Where should I move to?

I'm 23 years old and graduated with a social care degree from uni last year. Finally got a job offering support to customers and employees for a big tech app company dealing with intense safety issues. The pays good but I don't enjoy living in ireland. I've lived in the same city since I was born and with the cost of living it's getting harder everyday. I know I'm still lucky compared to others, especially families struggling to support their kids. However, I don't see a life here anymore. The social care sector has become a nightmare with younger people mainly being offered 0 hour relief contracts which isn't manageable if you're renting. Also, all my friends are leaving or have left and I find I'm losing my social life here as they all go and fins that it's impossible to make friends anymore especially as Irish people have become so cliquey. Also as a gay man, theres no lgbt scene here and the one that is is very small. I'm in a relationship but even just meeting other lgbt friends is impossible as most have left. Basically I'm done with Ireland, nothing is making me want to stay here. I'm also not a huge fan of the job but I'm planning on working up a year of experience in this company to better my CV and then I want to leave next year. Anyone have any recommendations on where to move to? My partner is an English language (TESOL) teacher. I want to move somewhere with good job opportunities, LGBTQ+ friendly, and also just with a good quality of living. Anyone have any recommendations? Please be honest and also let me know the downsides of these places too! I know the usuals like Australia, Canada, etc, but I want honest opinions on the reality of it all.
