Date ideas and advice

Hi got my anniversary coming up soon we will be in a hotel have a nice dinner planned aswell, was hoping to put some rose pedals candles and some fun things In the room but how am I suppose to get it ready without her knowing I was thinking I could tip the hotel staff an ask them to do it, thanks guys any other nice things I could do would be appreciated aswell :)
