Issue with UniFi and Netatmo camera feeds

I’m having troubles with the camera feed from my UniFi AI360 camera (using the official UniFi Protect HA integration). Everything is up-to-date, installed on a Home Assitant Yellow.

The camera is plugged into a UniFi Dream Machine SE gateway/switch. Ever since configuring the integration, it has not worked properly: it only seems to show a screenshot at ten-second intervals, rather than live-streamed video.

Is there a solution to getting this to stream video instead please?

I also have a Netatmo camera running and that seems to stream video fine…
