Anybody here has luck with DBS digiportfolio? -ve (-15%) returns for 2 years

DBS advertises this to be a robo + human fund management. But I doubt so. Especially with the quarterly balancing, closing all the positions at loss and reinvesting again. I have a sizable amount stuck here both under US and Asia portfolios -ve since I started this 2+ years back. Can’t decide whether to close and reinvest, even in FD/T-bills can give some returns. Any advice is appreciated, especially from those have/had DBS digiportfolio. Thanks much.
