Need help

I have a 2011 Honda CR-Z EX with Navigation. Factory head unit can push 340W. Yesterday while upgrading the factory speakers, something strange happened and me nor the my electrician uncle can figure out. I have a pair of Rockford Fosgate R165-S components, and Skar TX65 Coaxial. We installed the Rockford’s in the front door speaker locations and they worked beautifully. Took the rear speakers out and realized the Skar’s magnet was just too big for those to sit in the rear speaker locations. We then switched the Skars to the door and the Rockford’s to the rear. Had a wiring harness for front door speakers but had to splice the wires for rear. My car also comes with a stock 8” sub and I have a Kicker 600 amp and a Kicker Comp R 12.” Every speaker in my car was working before the install and now the rear speakers no longer work, the factory sub doesn’t work, and of course my amp & 12” don’t work.

We tested the amp to ensure it was getting power from the 12V and it was but even the amp’s power light isn’t lighting up. Anybody ever had anything similar happen?
