Hey I could use some help with a circle

So I'm in the progress of crocheting this big circle, I'm in the row where I have 38 stitches plus an increase, and I realized I have 8 extra stitches,I thought I would do four more rows of only four increased but I'm terrible at calculating this kinda this, someone help me out?
