Lt1 pro charger “transplant” kit

Sorry In advance if this is a stupid question, but I cannot seem to find a straight answer.

recently I’ve been looking into procharger options when I came across this kit.

Simply put I do not understand what Is met by the term “transplant kit”. Would this kit be compatible with a 17 ss? Or is it just more complicated then a regular pro charger kit?
