Ways to show queer safety/allyship in public/workplace?
With all of the Rishi nonsense recently, as well as reading about the increase in hate crimes, plus an incident of transphobia from a customer at my workplace the other day, I want to start making sure customers know that I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community (bisexual trans guy), so that any queer customers know that they're safe at the establishment.
I've got a little progress flag pin that I'm going to start wearing on my work uniform, but are there any other ways I could silently communicate to other queer/ trans people? I know about the safety pin thing, but I forget whether that's still used or not.
