Custom Waterfall ReStock configs

I have restock and waterfall with the appropriate base configs, but a couple weren't great (NERV, Dart etc.) I managed to sort out the dart, but the NERV is proving more difficult. I have been able to give it the stock waterfall textures, but as the plume was too wide for the restock re-skin, I used the ingame editor to reduce the XY scale so it looks better.

I exported the config (https://pastebin.com/cNu15nxh), but I can't figure out where to put it in the files.

Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks
