Bosu_1021 ruining games on console

Come across this player multiple times on Playstation - Gen 100.49, uses the spitfire and cloack exclusively and always runs the gold ion.

Because it's console it's hard to suspect cheating but he routinely wipes the entire lobby over and over,almost always drops at least 30 kills. I've watched kill cam footage and his aim is... Certianly a bit unnatural, although in a titan it seems fairly normal.

Broader point though is that it kills servers - I've watched entire teams just quit because it's not fun in the slightest, it's gotten to the point where I'll just leave the lobby if I seem him because I know it's going to be a stomp. Just awful for the overall health of the game.
