I’m new to this??

Vent

I’ve never posted on here, or honestly any app like this. Im more of an introvert but recently I found myself struggling with a lot. I had started my journey on testosterone in about 2021. I was out since 2015/2016 although never was allowed to transition. I was excited but pretty discouraged since I was already in my 20s. I knew I had enough time to be on it, it’s never to late but I couldn’t get my mind to feel that way about me. Well, with all the excitement I got when I was on my weekly shots came to an end. The hospital I was going through never stayed consistent, would not call me back, wouldn’t refill my prescriptions. I had my lowest at that point. I gained a bunch of weight, I fell into depression, I let a lot of relationships and hobbies go. I actually gave up trying to get hormones for awhile until my girlfriend at the time talked to me and encouraged me to try again if it made me happy. I started my journey again, found somewhere sat on a waitlist. Finally got going again all thanks to the support I had. Soon after I became inconstant again. I couldn’t figure out why I was happy more like thrilled I was back on my shots. I got depressed again, gave up same cycle. Finally I got my a therapist thanks again to my girlfriend encouraging me to try to get the help I need. Soon after they told me I had attention deficit disorder. Which no surprise looking back now. But it got worst as I got older to the point of me having 2 or 3 good days and weeks of bad possibly months. I was secure in my gender, though I did have a moment of doubt. A lot of it I found was because I felt so low. It wasn’t just that. It was everything in my life. I Wanted to give up. I don’t live in a real accepting place. So I got started on medication for ADHD and have been on that for 3 months. As for my shots, I haven’t gotten back into them yet but I am ready to stay consistent. Ever since I became educated I wanted to be on it. Every week. It’s what would make me feel the happiest. But I think that’s my downfall too because I focus so hard on that. I know I’m going to start them again come my next shot day. I just am a bit fearful because this whole process will be a new discovery. Trying to be consistent with both medications, I know I feel a lot different just on the ADHD meds. I know I felt a lot different on testosterone. But I don’t even know who I am now. My personality, I don’t have hobbies, or really interests. I was so depressed and miserable for years without even noticing that I somehow lost who I was. I don’t know where to start or what I should do to even find what I’m interested. I’m still in my 20s. Not really a people person, not that there’s much to do in my small town. I just really want to figure out what I enjoy as a young adult. I hardly remember what I used to love in my teens. Sorry for such a long post. Not even sure if this is the right subreddit. I think I just needed to get it off my chest. If you stuck around thanks for reading
