Do you remember dates and times etc?

I saw a video by a youtuber and she basically said that anyone who doesn't remember exact dates that abuse happened to them is lying about the abuse. I don't remember those types of things. I remember the incident but it feels like all the abuse is just jumbled together in my head.

So many people don't believe that I was abused and so many people think that it was actually the opposite and that I pushed him to hurt me. If I don't remember the exact dates and times then does that mean that it wasn't actually abuse?
