FoodPanda's PWD Discount Scheme

Food Panda does not provide PWD discounts outright. You'll have to order first, then they will refund you the discount in the form of a voucher. Sounds good? It get's dark.

So, Im a PWD. I ordered something, let's call,that order 1. I did not get the Law-mandated PWD discount.

So. You guys "refunded" what was supposed to be a discount in the form of a voucher, for me to use on my next order.

On my next order, let's call order 2, I get to use the PWD voucher I was "refunded" off whereas I am ALREADY entitled to a PWD voucher. I will not be able to use my PWD voucher for that order, and they will havr to "refund" me again of that order.

So, I did not really get the discount I was entitled to on order #1.

Please advise if there is a law that this breaks and how can I file charges.
