Custom report scope

I got recurring need for report device compliance for specific group. Is there a way to create AAD group for those people and somehow filter the report for those people only or some alternative way to easily achieve this? At the moment I export manually everyone and parse the data in excel, but since the need for this is continuous I'd like to find the most time efficient way to do this. Also do you think Graph API would be overkill to do this?
