22 [M4F] Canada/Online - Romantic nerd looking for someone to share the journey of life with

Hey there, I hope this post finds you well, I'm a 22 year old Canadian guy who's looking for a friend first and potentially more if we hit it off, I'd really love to find someone I can connect with on all levels long-term and if you're looking for the same I implore you to keep reading, I've always believed in being genuine and transparent, so here's a bit about me:

• Physically, I'm 5'7, 165lbs (working on losing some) and here's a pic of me https://imgur.com/a/93ndmuH I know that looks are important to a lot of people so I wanted to get that out of the way first, if I'm not your type though, that's totally cool and I hope you find what you're looking for :)

• I'm more of an introvert (INFP-T) ESPECIALLY when first meeting people, It can take me some time to really warm up to someone but once I get past those initial awkward stages I get a lot more talkative. Personality wise I'm a softer guy, I try to avoid conflict and am more of a "gentle honesty" rather than a "blunt and mean" type, I'm pretty in tune with my emotions and have a tendency to wear them on my sleeve around people I'm close with, I also can come off as a little clingy in relationships in case that's a red flag for you. Besides all that though, I'm just a pretty chill and down to earth type of person.

• Like my title says, I'm a bit of a nerd so some of my hobbies reflect that, I'm really into gaming, watching anime/shows/movies, music (been trying to get into pop punk recently,) taking care of house plants and I've VERY recently picked up the guitar and baking (still SUPER new to both of them lol,) I'm also always interested in trying new things and picking up new hobbies.

• It's worth mentioning that at the moment I'm in between jobs but I'm CONSTANTLY looking 🥲

• Lastly, just some random facts about me, I'm a big animal lover and have a cat who's been with me for most of my life, I really like coffee and probably drink it way more than someone should, I'm a Virgo, Politically I'm left leaning, I occasionally drink alcohol (I know this a dealbreaker for some) and my favourite colour is pink.

Here's what I'm looking for in general and in you, most of these things aren't really "dealbreakers"

• In relationships I get really romance driven and it would be nice to find someone similar, I really love all of the cheesy and cutesy stuff that comes with it, of course this is something that would be built up to over time but I wouldn't want my partner to be super uninterested in stuff like that

• Please be between 18-35, I have nothing against anyone older but we're at different stages of life and its hard for me to imagine we'd have a lot in common

• It would be really nice if we have an interest or two in common, it would give us a lot to talk about and potentially something to do together

• Appearance isn’t important to me as long as I like you as a person, I would still like to see what the person I’m talking to looks like eventually though (when you’re comfortable sharing) so I know I’m not talking to a ghost

• And lastly, distance really isn't an issue to me, as long as you're open to the idea of meeting up eventually if things go really well
