Oatmeal makes me wanna throw up?

I 've been eating oats with water every morning for six years and the last couple weeks I 'm feeling really disgusted eating it, nearly gagging.
Has that ever happened to you?
I 'm not sure why I 'm asking this, I just really appreciate oatmeal and feeling crap it came to this.
