FPS overlay on ctrl+alt+s

hello,

Since this morining I have a weird overlay that appears (top left of my screen) when I press ctrl+alt+s (it's my command to upload a file on vscode, so it's pretty annoying), do someone know where it comes from so I can deactivate it?

here's a screenshot of the overlay with a black background

thanks
