Boyfriend is leaving today and I'm scared

Boyfriend is leaving for the airport back to UK in about 5 hours and I'm scared. A lot of other people in LDR's have been telling me it gets harder after you meet in person and the pain after a visit is intense, so I could use some support right now.

We plan to meet again next year around March or April.
