Trouble Accessing Newshosting After Payment

I completed my registration and payment through PayPal and received their confirmation. However, I have yet to receive any communication from Newshosting - no confirmation email and my login details don't work on their platform.

I've reached out to their customer service, but even that didn't trigger an acknowledgement email.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this? Should I consider disputing the payment through PayPal and looking into another provider?
