Solutions with intimacy

I’m struggling with intimacy with my partner, I’ve had bad-mediocre sexual experiences with my partner and have only been with him all my life.

I used porn/erotica as a fallback after we had intercourse since I felt so sad and dissatisfied.

I would like some stories of encouragement since I feel like porn use is the only thing thats allowing me to keep having sex with my partner :/
